We are looking for a HR Advisor to join our team! The role will have responsibility for a portfolio of projects with regular travel to London projects.
Ensuring that we put the customer at the heart of everything we do by using our customer knowledge, insight and experience to deliver what is best for the business to be industry leading and ultimately drive success. This is a new role which forms part of an operational People team responsible for delivering the People Strategy for the Building Business Unit.
What will the role look like?
* Provides timely, professional and commercially minded people management advice, on the full range of people matters, during the employee life cycle, to line managers to facilitate the achievement of LOR's business goals; liaising with key stakeholders as necessary.
* Working closely with the Resourcing Team and stakeholders to manage recruitment requirements for the relevant business area, by pro-actively highlighting needs. Utilising and developing the resource system reporting tool to oversee resource analytics.
* Facilitates internal resourcing and the mobilization and demobilizations of personnel from projects to support operational performance, staff retention and the mitigation of risks and costs.
* Support the People Team with driving an increase in colleague engagement across the business area; accountability for ensuring analysis and insights from engagement survey results are shared with the People Lead and relevant stakeholders and that actions taken and implemented accordingly.
* Support the People Leads / Senior People Advisors with overall Talent Management process including the organisation of talent reviews and development of actions plans
* Monitor key metrics across business with an ability to review people analytics and make sound recommendations to the People Leads
* Provide timely reports as and when required with ability to understand key metrics and business requirement.
* Ensures new People initiatives are effectively implemented within area of responsibility.
Professional Qualifications & Experience / Skills
* CIPD qualification - desirable
* Expertise in Employment Law
