Beach Baker is exclusively instructed by a leading national property consultancy to recruit a Senior Surveyor / Associate‑level Industrial Agent for their highly regarded and high‑performing Bristol industrial team.
This is a standout opportunity for an ambitious industrial agent with a proven track record, looking to join a well-capitalised consultancy with an excellent client base, strong market presence, and a growing pipeline of instructions across the South West.
The Role
You will work across the full spectrum of industrial and logistics agency, including:
1. Acquisitions and disposals
2. Development consultancy
3. Occupier advisory
4. Strategic industrial and logistics advice
Key responsibilities include:
5. Managing a portfolio of high‑quality industrial agency instructions
6. Building and maintaining strong, long‑term client relationships
7. Identifying and securing new business opportunities
8. Advising clients on industrial & logistics assets across the South West
9. Collaborating closely with the wider national industrial team on larger-scale instructions
Experience & Requirements
We are keen to speak with candidates who can demonstrate:
10. At least 2 years' experience in industrial agency
11. A strong billing track record within a commercial property consultancy
12. Excellent client‑facing, relationship‑building and negotiation skills
13. MRICS qualification (preferred, but not essential)
14. Openness to relocating to Bristol, if applicable
