A top finance firm in the West End is seeking a proactive and engaging Team EA to support a dynamic group of senior executives in a fast-paced but supportive environment.This varied role includes diary management, meeting coordination, client liaison, and administrative support within a fast-paced environment. Role: Team EA Location: London (West End) Working Pattern: 4 days in the office, 1 day from home Salary: £50-60k per year, depending on experience Key Responsibilities: Manage diaries and schedules across multiple time zones Support senior leaders and deal teams with meetings and projects Coordinate recruitment and onboarding meetings Assist with firm and client events Prepare documents using Excel and PowerPoint Handle travel arrangements, expenses, and ad-hoc tasks Cover reception duties when needed What We’re Looking For: Minimum 3 years EA/Team Assistant experience with private equity or deal team experience Strong Microsoft Office skills Excellent communication and organisational abilities Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and maintain discretion Proactive, adaptable, and professional approach If you’re a reliable and detail-oriented Team EA looking for a challenging and varied role, apply now!
