Business Development Coordinator / BD Specialist Location: South East England (Ideally commutable to London) Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 per annum (Commensurate with Experience) A fast-growing BIM consultancy based in Surrey is entering an exciting phase of expansion. They’re well-established with strong technical delivery and an excellent reputation across the Construction sector. Now, they’re looking for a commercially driven Business Development professional to help accelerate growth. This is not a corporate, process-heavy BD role. It’s hands-on, strategic and influential. You’ll work closely with senior leadership, shaping outreach campaigns, building relationships and turning conversations into secured projects. You’ll likely have 2 – 3 years’ experience in a BD or Bids role within Construction. You understand the industry landscape. You may already have relationships with Contractors, Architects, Design firms or Consultants. If you bring an existing network, even better. An understanding of BIM, Revit and digital construction is advantageous, but this is not a technical production role.
