Are you passionate about developing others and maintaining clinical excellence? Join our dynamic Main Theatres team as a Practice, Development & Education Facilitator – a role that blends hands‑on clinical practice with education, leadership, and quality improvement.
The training facilitator working within the General, Thoracic, Robotic and Vascular team plays an important role in supporting high quality learning, coordination, and development across a highly specialised clinical area. The remaining time will focus on leading education and development initiatives, supporting staff and learners to achieve their full potential.
Beyond education, you’ll play a key role in governance and quality improvement, leading audits, risk assessments, and policy updates to ensure compliance and best practice. You’ll also contribute to workforce planning and staff development, fostering a culture of inclusion and excellence aligned with NNUH’s PRIDE values.
