As a PMO Analyst, you’ll contribute meaningfully to a central PMO functionmitted to improving project delivery and enhancing organisational performance.
Your new role
You will ensure robust PMOernance across a varied portfolio of projects and programmes. Working closely with project teams, programme boards and senior stakeholders, you will gather insights, analyse data and produce high‑quality reporting that supports informed decision‑making.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Ensuringpliance with the PMO framework across all assigned projects and programmes.
2. Producing dashboards, KPIs, monthly metrics and structured reports tailored to different stakeholder groups.
3. Managing RAID logs and lessons‑learned activities, providing constructive challenge and escalation where appropriate.
4. Supporting project and programme planning to ensure well‑structured plans, critical paths and key decision points are clearly defined.
5. Assisting with resource capacity and demand management.
6. Acting as a central contact point for accurate progress reporting.
7. Contributing to ongoing improvements across PMO processes, templates, tools and service delivery.
This is a hands‑on analytical role where your work directly supports effectiveernance and successful programme oues.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced PMO or Programme Analyst with a proven background in project or programme environments. You’ll have strong analytical ability, excellentmunication skills and the confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Key requirements include:
8. Strong understanding of project and programme management processes.
9. Experience producing KPIs, dashboards and project health reporting.
10. Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience using Project Online.
11. Ability to interpret and presentplex data clearly and concisely.
12. Confident facilitation skills and the ability to challenge constructively.
13. Experience working under pressure and managing shifting priorities.
14. Relevant project management certification (, PRINCE2, P3O, MSP).
15. Personal qualities such as attention to detail, strong organisation, a proactive mindset and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
