Morgan McKinley is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Data & Payroll Analyst to join our global and well established clients team. This role combines responsibility for managing people data and analytics with the full payroll cycle, supporting both strategic decision-making and day-to-day HR operations.

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + Bonus

Key Responsibilities
Collect, validate, and analyse HR data to provide insights and support decision-making.
Develop and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and key workforce metrics.
Manage data for talent management, succession planning, and gender pay gap reporting.
Support HR initiatives, including training, wellbeing, and group-wide projects.
Maintain accurate employee records (holidays, sickness, benefits, bonuses).
Process end-to-end payroll, including pensions, statutory payments, deductions, and HMRC reporting.
Resolve payroll queries and issue relevant documentation.Skills & Experience
Experience as a data analyst (ideally in HR/people data).
Payroll experience (end-to-end, including compliance with statutory requirements).
Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI skills.
Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and communication skills.
Ability to work with confidential data professionally.
Knowledge of HR practices and processes.
CIPD Level 3 (or higher) preferred
