Job Description Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of Booking Coordinators, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture. Oversee day-to-day scheduling and staffing operations to ensure timely and accurate placement of healthcare workers. Monitor team performance, set objectives, and ensure bookings targets and SLAs are achieved. Support demand forecasting and optimise staff allocation across all branches. Implement efficient workflows and digital tools to streamline the bookings process. Develop strategies to improve fill rates, reduce unfulfilled shifts, and maximise worker availability. Act as an escalation point for operational issues, ensuring swift resolution and continuous service improvement. Ensure compliance with internal policies, safeguarding guidelines, and regulatory standards. Provide regular performance reports to the Operations Director.
