We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Support Worker (Higher Level) to join our Medicines Management Replenishment and Clinical Support Team. This is an exciting time to join Mersey Care as we prepare to implement near-patient pharmacy satellite services across selected sites. You will play a key role in supporting wards and clinics across the Trust, ensuring the safe, timely, and effective supply of medicines to service users.
Responsibilities
* Participate in the seven-day medicines supply service.
* Replenish and manage stock levels in wards, clinics, and departments across the Trust's geographical footprint.
* Dispense and supply medicines.
* Contribute to audits and the safe use of automated dispensing systems.
* Work flexibly across secure and non-secure sites, supporting the delivery of high-quality pharmaceutical care.
* This role involves travel across multiple sites, including secure environments. You will require access to your own vehicle and be expected to work flexibly to support the needs of the service, including participation in rotas and weekend working.

The Trust expects all post holders who require an enhanced DBS for their role subscribe to the DBS Update Service. You will be required to enrol for this service for a fee of £16 per year and maintain registration.
