Role Overview The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inbound enquiries, preparing quotations, and supporting the field sales team to ensure a high-quality customer journey from first contact through to order completion. Key Responsibilities Responding to inbound customer calls, emails, and web chats in a timely and professional manner Qualifying sales enquiries and progressing or handing over to field sales representatives as appropriate Preparing accurate quotations and processing sales orders using HubSpot CRM Ensuring customer records are well maintained and up to date within the CRM Liaising with internal departments and the operations team to coordinate smooth delivery and installation of products and services Requirements This role would suit someone who is highly organised, customer-focused, and thrives in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
