Reporting to the HR Director, this senior role gives you ownership of the total reward, benefits and co‑member experience agenda, with real influence across the business. This is a Hybrid role, with 3 days per week in our Brackmills (Northampton) office (free parking onsite). Salary range: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum. What you’ll be doing Setting and delivering our reward and incentive strategy, aligned to commercial and people goals Leading annual salary reviews, bonus governance, pay gap reporting and reward modelling Owning our benefits offering and managing external providers Driving colleague engagement, wellbeing and inclusion & belonging initiatives Using data and insight to inform strategy and drive meaningful action Managing and developing one direct report (Reward Advisor) What we’re looking for Proven reward or HR leadership experience, ideally in a commercial or sales‑led environment Strong knowledge of UK reward legislation (EMEA exposure desirable) Experience across the full reward lifecycle, including incentives and benefits Confident working with data and influencing senior stakeholders A collaborative, values‑driven leadership style Why Reed?
