Project Support Administrator Kent | £26,000–£30,000 | Full-time | Office-based Our client, a leading HVAC company, is seeking a highly organised Project Support Administrator to join their growing Projects Team. This is a vital role supporting Project Managers and field engineers to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery. Key Responsibilities * First point of contact for the Projects department * Review fire damper remedial reports & daily engineer sheets * Update project trackers and maintain accurate records * Liaise with engineers for missing information * Upload quotes and documentation onto the JobLink system * Book jobs, schedule site visits & manage PM calendars * Assist with RAMs preparation * Handle client queries when PMs are unavailable * Maintain remedial work plans and O&M documentation About You * Strong admin or project support experience * Excellent organisational and communication skills * Confident with Excel and able to learn new systems * Able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks * Proactive and detail-focused * Experience in engineering/HVAC/projects is a bonus (not essential) What’s on Offer * £24k–£30k depending on experience * Supportive team environment * Training & development * Pension and company benefits Application Process Due to the high volume of applications, Aspire Recruitment will only contact candidates who have been shortlisted for the role.
