We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Sales and Marketing Director to shape the strategic direction of an exceptional luxury hospitality destination.
As a Sales and Marketing Director you will lead the commercial team, maximising occupancy and revenue while strengthening market presence and brand reputation across multiple channels.
The Sales and Marketing Director will champion innovation and collaboration, developing creative sales, marketing, and PR initiatives to position the property as a leading wellness and lifestyle resort.

DUTIES
Your duties as the Sales and Marketing Director include:
Drive Commercial Strategy: Lead all sales and marketing activities to maximise occupancy, revenue, and profit
Lead Business Planning: Prepare reports and forecasts to inform strategy and measure performance
Develop Marketing Campaigns: Create and implement innovative marketing and PR initiatives to enhance visibility and brand awareness
Oversee Digital Presence: Manage website, social media, and digital marketing, ensuring consistent tone and accurate content
Build Client Relationships: Strengthen partnerships with high-end clients, travel partners, and destination organisations
Optimise Revenue Management: Work with finance and revenue teams to develop pricing strategies and improve yield
Lead and Inspire Teams: Mentor and develop the Sales and Marketing leadership team, driving performance and accountability
Support Business Development: Identify new opportunities, analyse market trends, and propose data-driven growth initiatives
Maintain Brand Standards: Ensure all marketing materials, communications, and guest experiences align with brand guidelines
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience of leading sales and marketing strategy within the luxury hospitality or travel sector
A background in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms
Experience with revenue management, budgeting, and commercial forecasting
Strong leadership and relationship management skills, with the ability to inspire teams and influence stakeholders
Excellent negotiation and communication abilities, with a customer-centric approach
Highly organised and detail-focused, with a proactive and results-driven mindset
