Support Worker - Flexible Hours
Location: Chorley, Lancashire Job Type: Full-Time | Part-Time | Bank Flexible Shift Patterns Available
About the Role
We are currently recruiting Support Workers to join a specialist residential care home in Chorley, supporting adults under 65 with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, sensory impairments, mental health needs, and dementia.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality, person-centred support
* Assist with personal care and daily living tasks
* Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing
* Support residents with activities and community engagement
* Follow care plans and risk assessments
* Build positive relationships with residents and colleagues
* Maintain accurate records and report concerns appropriately
* Help create a safe, welcoming environment
Requirements
* Caring, patient, and reliable approach
* Previous care experience desirable but not essential
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Flexible to work shifts including weekends where required
* Willingness to provide personal care support
* NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care desirable
* Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain)
