BDP is a well-established marketing business with over 16 years' success providing high-quality B2B data solutions to clients across the UK. We're now looking for someone organised and switched-on to join the team and play an important role in our daily operations and ongoing growth.
This is a practical, hands-on office role supporting a busy team environment, ideal for someone who enjoys structure, teamwork and getting things done.
What you'll be doing
* Coordinating day-to-day office activity: calls, deliveries, supplies, and records
* Liaising with customers and suppliers to keep work progressing smoothly
* Preparing clear written content such as blogs, updates and client communications
* Assisting with marketing support tasks and keeping website information accurate
* Supporting directors and colleagues with admin and organisation
* Keeping the office organised, tidy and running smoothly day to day

* Practical, reliable and able to see tasks through
* Comfortable using Word, Excel and online systems
* Experienced in an office, customer service or administration role (2+ years ideal)
* Settled locally and looking for long-term, steady work

* Comfortable following direction and acting on feedback
* Professional, presentable and confident answering calls or greeting visitors
* A clear communicator with good written and spoken English

The details
Hours: 30 hours per week preferred. We will consider applicants seeking fewer hours who are looking for a stable, long-term position.
Salary: £24,000-£30,000 per year (pro rata depending on experience and hours)
