We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Health, Safety & Fire Risk Advisor to join our compliance team. This is a fully remote position, but applicants must be based in the London or Kent area, as regular travel to client sites is required - particularly within the residential property sector.
Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct detailed Health, Safety & Fire Risk Assessments, particularly within residential buildings.
2. Complete Safe4site Compliance Audits, highlighting issues and recommending practical solutions.
3. Deliver engaging, compliant health and safety training sessions to clients.
4. Produce high-quality, easy-to-understand reports with clear findings and actions.
5. Provide ongoing technical advice and compliance support to clients.
6. Assist in reviewing and updating internal policies, templates, and documentation
7. Perform quality assurance checks on reports before client delivery.
8. Keep up to date with legislative changes and ensure services remain compliant and relevant.
9. Occasionally support internal operations and contribute to team projects.
Requirements
10. Level 4 Fire Safety qualification (e.g., Fire Risk Assessment Diploma or equivalent) is essential.
11. Demonstrated experience conducting risk assessments on residential properties.
12. Strong understanding of UK health, safety, and fire safety legislation.
13. Proven ability to deliver reports, audits, and training to a high professional standard.
14. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
15. Self-motivated and able to work independently.
16. Full UK driving licence required - frequent site travel is part of the role.
17. Must be based in London or Kent.
