Overview
A Vacancy at University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. T12 South is looking for a motivated Band 3 to join our team working on our children’s cancer ward. We are looking for an enthusiastic and supportive person who has a passion for working with young people aged 13–19 years who can work as part of our team to provide high quality and specialist person-centred care. Experience with adolescents and mental health is essential. This is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week) including nights and weekends. T12 South is a 12 bedded adolescent inpatient unit providing care for teens with a range of physical and mental health conditions. We pride ourselves on the unique specialist care we deliver.

Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality, specialist person-centred care to young people on the adolescent inpatient unit.
* Work as part of the T12 South team, including nights and weekends.
* Contribute to a multidisciplinary approach to care and support for adolescents with a range of physical and mental health conditions.
* Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Education to NVQ level 3 (or equivalent).
* Excellent communication skills and demonstrated commitment to delivering excellent patient care.
* Experience with adolescents and mental health is essential.
* Phlebotomy experience would be beneficial for this role.
* Willingness to undertake further study, and additional training and development opportunities.
* This is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week) including nights and weekends.
