Multi-Skilled Engineer – Electrical Bias

We are currently recruiting for a Multi‑Skilled Engineer with an electrical bias to join a commercial site located in Marlow on a temp to perm basis.
This is a great opportunity to work within a well‑established FM environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across electrical and building services systems.
Candidates must hold
* NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical / Electrotechnical Installation
* 18th Edition qualification (minimum requirement)
Key Duties
* Carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance across the site
* Fault finding on electrical systems and associated building services equipment
* Supporting general mechanical and fabric maintenance where required
* Ensuring all works are completed in line with health and safety procedures
* Updating maintenance records and job reports accurately
Requirements
* Previous experience within commercial building maintenance or FM environments
* Strong electrical fault‑finding ability
* Good understanding of building services maintenance
* Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
