Your responsibilities will include: Supporting recruitment processes, including advertising roles, shortlisting, arranging interviews and completing compliance checks. Managing staff personnel files and maintaining accurate HR records. Assisting with the onboarding of new staff and ensuring all safeguarding and vetting procedures are completed. Supporting absence reporting, staff attendance monitoring and payroll administration. Acting as the first point of contact for HR‑related queries from staff and external partners. Providing general administrative support to the senior leadership or HR teams as required. What We're Looking For Previous experience in School HR. Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. High attention to detail and a commitment to safeguarding. Ability to work with confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
