Responsibilities
* Build and maintain a fleet order bank and help ensure a high level of aftersales service to key accounts.
* Create great experiences for customers, from the moment they make initial contact, helping them discover their perfect vehicle, to the day they drive away their highly anticipated new car.
* Build your knowledge and expertise on our products and services, ensuring a genuine passion for the brand and motivation to represent it with pride and excellence.
* Champion the sales process, driving forwards all new and used vehicle enquiry leads, building rapport with customers to convert appointments into sales and ensuring all leads are maximised.
* Deliver not just a new vehicle but a complete, unique package to help customers make the most of their purchase, upselling on accessories, extended warranty and finance packages.
* Meet the required standards for providing fair financial advice and services to customers, adhering to FCA regulations.
Qualifications
