The Opportunity: Hire Controller Contract: 6 Month FTC Location: Haydock The Briggs Equipment Group is a leading provider of asset management and maintenance solutions across the UK and Ireland. The Impact you will have: Create 150 on / off hires per month Coordinate quotes to customers in line with the correct National Account price lists Complete and send hire agreements to customers for signing prior to delivery Plan transport and workshop requirements in line with agreed SLA's Develop close relationships with the sales teams to ensure regular contact to customers is maintained and the complete Briggs offering is exposed. Create accurate invoicing for all hire transactions and additional revenue transactions Initiate the Customer Concern process when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
