The organisation supports projects from early design through to installation, delivering safe and efficient solutions on complex infrastructure programmes. The Engineering Manager will lead multidisciplinary design teams delivering engineering solutions across water industry projects. The role is responsible for ensuring design deliverables meet required safety, quality, and technical standards while being delivered on time and within agreed project parameters. Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and develop multidisciplinary teams including engineers, CAD technicians, and graduates. Identify and implement safe, efficient, and value-engineered design solutions, communicating these with clients and project teams. Act as Professional Head for the design function. Ensure designs comply with relevant technical, professional, and water industry standards, approving design packages where required. Promote the use of appropriate design tools, including BIM and 3D modelling. Manage the production of integrated design deliverables that meet safety and quality requirements.
