Ocean Housing Group Ltd is seeking a dynamic Finance Manager to join our Resources (Finance) team and help shape the future of affordable housing in Cornwall. ?? About the Role As Finance Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering accurate financial information across our group of companies. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you’ll lead on: Monthly management accounts, KPIs, dashboards, and cash flow projections Budget preparation and monitoring Financial systems development and training Supporting year-end financial statements and regulatory returns Leading project accounting for development schemes Managing and mentoring a high-performing finance team You’ll also deputise for the Head of Finance and work closely with internal and external stakeholders including auditors, bankers, and HMRC. ?? What We’re Looking For Essential Qualifications & Experience: Level 5 qualification or equivalent Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, CIPFA) Proven experience in management accounts, budgeting, and financial reporting Strong Excel and IT skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Desirable: Experience in social housing finance Advanced VAT knowledge Commercial and housing IT systems experience For more information please view the Job Description and Person Specification ??
