Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a strategic partner to the Factory Office, aligning operational processes with business goals.
• Coordinate procurement activities, including supplier quotations and SAP-based requests.
• Collaborate with Finance to manage expenditure approvals and ensure budget compliance.
• Guide functional teams through recruitment and expenditure workflows.
• Deliver insightful weekly and monthly reports on operational and financial performance.
• Maintain budget accuracy by tracking committed vs. uncommitted spend.
• Report directly to the Factory Manager while supporting cross-functional teams.
Essential Skills & Experience:
• Proven experience in business process analysis or financial operations.
• Strong financial acumen: commitment tracking, expenditure management, cash flow, and accruals.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, data analysis, reporting).
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
Desirable:
• Familiarity with SAP and RADS (training provided).
• Background in automotive engineering or manufacturing environments.
