About the Role
Kitchen Porter at Evergreen, Heathrow Airport T3 AS.
Pay Rate: £13.15 + an incentive of £1.20 for hours worked between midnight and 6 AM, totaling £14.00 per hour.
Shift pattern: 3:00 AM - 11:00 PM
Successful candidates will need to provide references for the last 5 years and undergo a Criminal Record Check in accordance with Airport Security Regulations.
Applicants must be 18 or over for certain responsibilities, including handling and serving alcohol.

Main Duties of a Kitchen Porter
* Assist with deliveries.
* Prepare meats and vegetables.
* Support fellow chefs.
* Manage stock rotation.
* Maintain kitchen and food safety standards.
* Manage time effectively for prep and service.
* Measure ingredients and portion sizes accurately.
* Perform cleaning duties as directed by the Kitchen Manager.
* Cook dishes confidently from the menu.
