We are seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to support our nursery operations.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office, providing administrative support, and maintaining organised records.

Responsibilities Managing incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and directing enquiries appropriately Organising schedules, appointments, and nursery activities to optimise daily operations Performing data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks Maintaining organised records of inventory, customer information, and financial transactions Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and preparing correspondence Supporting staff with clerical duties to ensure efficient workflow Handling customer enquiries courteously via phone or email and providing excellent service Contributing to the upkeep of the nursery’s administrative systems to enhance operational efficiency Experience Proven office experience with familiarity in administrative roles within a nursery or similar environment preferred Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive), and QuickBooks Experience in data entry and maintaining accurate records Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively Good typing speed and accuracy for efficient document preparation Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally via phone and email with clients and team members Previous clerical experience is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for specific software tools This role is ideal for organised individuals who enjoy working in a supportive environment focused on growth and development.
