We are seeking a Buildings Case Manager with a background in insurance claims handling. This hybrid role involves managing repair works with the contractor network following insurance claim approvals.
Responsibilities
* Appointing contractors and overseeing repair processes
* Validating estimates and final accounts
* Ensuring SLA compliance and escalating issues as needed
* Communicating with stakeholders, conducting quality calls with policyholders, and suggesting process improvements
Qualifications
* Experience in insurance repair work and technical building support
* Strong appointment scheduling skills
* Ability to manage challenging conversations, prioritize urgent repairs, and work independently as well as in a team
