What you'll be doing:
You'll be one of the first friendly voices new prospects hear - opening doors, sparking conversations, and helping people understand the value this organisation brings.
Day to day, you'll:
1. Research and identify new B2B prospects
2. Run personalised outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone) to start great conversations
3. Book discovery calls for the senior BD team
4. Qualify leads and help build a healthy, growing pipeline
5. Keep CRM activity tidy and accurate (Salesforce)
6. Build confidence in the proposition so you can talk about it naturally with new contacts
