Join to apply for the Brand Manager role at William Grant & Sons. We’re looking for a passionate and creative Brand Manager to join our dynamic UK team. Working as part of the marketing department you will drive the future growth of brands within the William Grant & Sons portfolio including Tullamore DEW, Sailor Jerry and Grant’s. You will be responsible for creating and executing marketing programs that resonate with UK consumers to deliver long-term brand equity and sustainable market share growth. This role has a growth mindset and a high degree of ownership and is a hybrid role based out of our Hook office at least 3 days a week.

Main Responsibilities
You’ll lead the development and execution of brand plans that drive growth across the UK on selected portfolio brands, turning global strategies into locally impactful campaigns. Working closely with internal teams and agencies, you’ll ensure activations are insight-led, creatively impactful, and commercially effective. From managing cross-functional projects to driving channel execution and evaluating performance, you’ll have ownership for delivering on iconic spirits brands. You will gain access to leading training, tools and events to stay at the forefront of the drinks industry.
