Customer Support Administrator (Temporary – 8 Weeks, with Potential to Become Permanent)

Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday (09:00 – 17:00)

Our client is looking to appoint a Customer Support Administrator to join their Customer Experience team on an initial 8-week temporary basis. For the right person, there is the opportunity for this role to become permanent.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the Customer Experience Manager and Customer Service team.
* Deliver back-office support for contract renewals and service agreements.
* Maintain and update market and customer information within the CRM system.
* Produce clear, accurate reports for the Customer Experience Manager as required.
* Work in line with the organisation's values and commitment to quality, ethics, and corporate responsibility.
