Academics are actively recruiting Supply Teaching Assistants to work across a wide range of primary schools in Berkhamsted. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting primary-aged pupils and want flexible work within a supportive and well-established agency.

The Role:

• Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
• Working in mainstream classroom settings
• Providing 1:1 support, including support for pupils with additional needs (SEN)
• Assisting the class teacher with learning activities, behaviour management and pupil engagement
• Adapting to different school environments on a daily or short-term basis

We're Looking For:

• Teaching Assistants with previous school-based experience, or
• Individuals new to education who are enthusiastic, reliable and eager to learn
• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A flexible and positive approach to supply work
