Purpose of the role:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Back of House Kitchen Manager to oversee the effective leadership and day-to-day management of a team of 13 Kitchen Porters and 2 Kitchen Supervisor, ensuring the kitchen and support areas run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Delivering standards as set in the Club health and safety policy, produce 5 star EHO standards of hygiene and continually strive for perfection. .
Responsibilities:
Plan and create rotas to maintain staffing to cover all restaurants and food outlets within the budgeted levels and ensure an efficient workforce
Reporting on a day to day basis to the head chef on all cleaning and maintenance issues
Control and manage stock levels of small kitchen equipment
Train and support the kitchen team
Recruit and performance manage the team to ensure that each member is motivated, engaged and fulfilling their potential.
Work closely with the food outlet managers to ensure good communication and team work, front and back of house.
Monitor and manage the employee restaurant service facility, maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for our employees

Experience of working in similar environment
COSHH Training
Have level 3 food hygiene
Management and Leadership Skills
Budget planning and monitoring experience
Computer literate in Word and Excel
High level of attention to detail
