As an Equipment and Facilities Manager, you will work directly with the P&SCO Manager to support the fulfilment of production across the Retail Operations for Cinch. The role will play a key part in the delivery of continuous improvement through the development of Facilities, Tooling and Equipment preventative maintenance plans and processes. Key Responsibilities Develop and deploy a Preventative Maintenance Plan with Repair Centres and Equipment Suppliers Develop and deploy Total Productive Maintenance approach with Repair Centres Develop, deploy and maintain a purchasing, control and decommissioning tooling process Conduct audits on the management and maintenance of tooling Develop monthly tooling reports showing inventory tooling health Support the P&SCO Manager on equipment supplier quality, supplier performance and tooling audits Work closely with facility and procurement departments across the business Key Skills Experience in a tooling or equipment type role Experience engaging with production technicians and staff Problem-solver with ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment Customer-centric mind set with a desire to challenge and continually improve processes Adaptive communication skills, able to engage a range of internal and external stakeholders Experience with effective deployment of PPM - Planned Preventative Maintenance Experience in effective roll out of TPM – Total Productive Maintenance Our policy is to employ the best-qualified people and provide equal opportunity for the advancement of employees including promotion and training and not to discriminate against any person because of gender, race, ethnicity, age, sexual orientation, religion, belief or disability.
