Salary: £38,000 - £45,000
This is an excellent opportunity to join my client, a highly-respected, innovative multidisciplinary consultancy, offering specialist design services for a diverse range of projects across the civil engineering, planning, and landscape architecture fields. My client is on the lookout for an experienced, driven Senior Civil Engineer, capable of leading an already-established team across a range of residential, commercial, and retail projects, based near the historic port city of Hull.

Responsibilities
* Working on a wide range of projects across the public and private sectors, including for Local Authorities
* Completing Flood Risk Assessments and Drainage Strategies, supporting colleagues by reviewing and amending these
* Producing Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS), Access Roads, Road Alignment, Highways, and Site Design, utilising the appropriate software packages (namely, AutoCAD and Civils 3D)
* Leading high-profile projects from initial inception through to successful delivery
* Forging, maintaining, and managing client relations across the public and private sectors
* Liaising with clients to ascertain project budgets and realistic timescales
* Representing the company at design team meetings and site visits
Required skills and experience
* Have a strong academic background in Civil Engineering (or similar, relevant discipline)
* Be a Chartered Civil Engineer, or actively working to attain Chartership Status
* Extensive relevant experience within a UK-based consultancy setting, in a design role
* Demonstrable experience in completing Site Design, Drainage Strategies, and Road Alignment for Planning Applications
* Strong competencies in the relevant software packages, to include InfoDrainage and Civils 3D
Desirable skills and experience
* Live locally, being familiar with the region
* Hold a full, valid UK driving licence
