Key Accountabilities

Reporting
The key accountabilities for the finance analyst role are:
* Analyse weekly / period results and provide challenge to identify solutions to issues
* Reconcile key measures between internal business systems
* Enter journals and complete period end tasks
* Keep pricing updated and maintained
* Support marketing with tracking of budgets and forecasts
* Maintain and reconcile the Contra process (except for our Australian markets)
* Analyse aged accruals for commercial spend
* Improve and streamline reporting processes
Budgeting & Forecasting
* Help marketing build strong budgets and forecasts
* Support the winder commercial finance team by assisting with budget and forecasting analysis
Business Partnering
* Support marketing team needs and be proactive
* Help prepare P&L and challenge assumptions for new product launches
Other
* Follow JDR/ABF financial controls and procedures to uphold financial integrity across the business
* Work safely to protect Health & Safety rules and procedures

* Minimum: Strong secondary education results at A level standard or equivalent
o Preferable: Relevant post-graduate qualification
o Expert user in Microsoft Excel and skilled user in other Microsoft programs (e.g. Word and
PowerPoint)
* Strong attention to detail & accuracy
* Has sound analytical ability with a high level of self-motivation and curiosity
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with multiple stakeholders
