Digital Marketing Executive

R13 Recruitment are supporting a nationally recognised business in their search for a Digital Marketing Executive to join their growing marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a digitally focused marketer to take ownership of SEO performance on a large-scale, while also supporting email marketing activity, website content management and online visibility initiatives.
This role will suit someone who enjoys a varied position combining technical SEO, content optimisation, campaign delivery and website support within a collaborative and commercially driven environment.
Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm based just outside of Norwich. Salary is £30, - £35, depending on experience.

The Day to Day:
3. Conducting SEO and website audits to identify opportunities for improved visibility and performance.
4. Researching competitor activity, keywords and emerging search trends.
5. Creating and optimising SEO-focused website content.
6. Supporting on-page SEO including metadata, internal linking and page structure.
7. Monitoring website performance using GA4, Search Console and SEO tools.
8. Supporting the planning, delivery and reporting of email marketing campaigns.
9. Managing customer journeys, campaign segmentation and database accuracy.
10. Overseeing online listings, review generation and reputation management activity.
11. Acting as a key contact for website and CMS updates across colleagues.
12. Supporting wider digital marketing projects, website improvements and technical issue resolution
You Will Have/Be:
13. Previous experience within a digital marketing role, with strong SEO knowledge and hands-on exposure.
14. Strong understanding of local SEO, on-page optimisation and website performance.
15. Experience using GA4, Google Search Console and SEO platforms/tools.
16. Comfortable auditing website content and implementing improvements.
17. Experience working with CMS platforms and website content updates.
18. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and performance trends.
19. Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
20. Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
21. Proactive, adaptable and keen to contribute ideas and improvements.
