Responsibilities

* Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations.
* Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
* Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services based on customer needs.
* Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues efficiently.
* Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and professionalism.
Skills
* Proficient in data entry with strong attention to detail.
* Multilingual or bilingual capabilities in English and Spanish are highly desirable.
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Ability to demonstrate effective phone etiquette in all interactions.
