* Working as a SEN Teaching Assistant within a mixed KS1-KS2 provision
* Supporting pupils with a range of needs including ASD, ADHD, and speech & language difficulties
* Assisting in both 1:1 and small group settings to help achieve individual learning goals
* Creating a positive, structured, and supportive environment for pupils to thrive
* Collaborating with teachers, SENCO and external specialists
SEN Teaching Assistant - Candidate Requirements
* Experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant is essential
* A proactive, compassionate and calm approach to working with children
* Passionate about supporting pupils with additional needs
* Ability to follow structured support plans and use initiative
* Strong communication skills with a genuine commitment to long-term impact
