What You Will Do
* Greet customers and provide exceptional service
* Schedule and manage vehicle service appointments
* Liaise between customers and technicians
* Explain repair work and costs clearly
* Upsell additional services when appropriate
* Ensure a smooth and efficient workshop flow
* Liaise with technicians to coordinate the work schedule and progress updates
* Accurately manage booking systems, job cards, invoicing and customer records
What We Are Looking For
* Previous experience in a service advisor role (automotive preferred)
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Basic technical knowledge of vehicles (training provided)
* IT proficiency and attention to detail
* Strong organizational and admin skills, including familiarity with dealer software systems
* Neat, professional appearance; team player with keen automotive interest
