Overview
Lecturer in Speech & Language Therapy at the University of East Anglia. This part-time (0.8 FTE), fixed term role runs to 31 December 2028. The on-campus working pattern requires a minimum of three full days, including Tuesdays and Thursdays during term time.
Base pay range
Salary on appointment will be £48,822 per annum (pro rata), with an annual increment up to £56,535 per annum (pro rata).

Responsibilities
* You will lead on the dysphagia/EDS strand of the SLT curriculum and oversee content and assessment related to motor speech disorders and progressive neurological conditions.
* Support practice education placements as an in-house educator.
* Contribute to wider programme and School educational priorities and scholarly activity.
* Maintain and further the integration of dysphagia/EDS content across an evolving programme, ensuring suitable opportunities for students to achieve pre-registration competencies, in collaboration with the Practice Education Lead and Course Director.
Qualifications
* Qualified Speech and Language Therapist with current HCPC registration and Royal College of Speech & Language Therapists membership.
* Evidence of extensive post-qualifying experience and expertise in dysphagia/EDS.
* Postgraduate study in SLT, linguistics, psychology, education, or other health-related disciplines.
