We are seeking a passionate and driven Junior Sommelier to join our award-winning team at The Warwick—the fine dining restaurant at the heart of Mallory Court Hotel.

About the Role:
As Junior Sommelier, you will support the F&B Manager in delivering a first-rate wine experience. You will be involved in day-to-day service, curating pairings, educating staff, and ensuring the wine offering consistently complements the culinary excellence of The Warwick.
What We’re Looking For:
* A genuine passion for wine, service, and hospitality
* Previous experience in a similar role within a fine dining or luxury hotel environment
* Confident guest interaction and a professional, approachable manner
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail
* WSET Level 3 (or equivalent), or currently working towards certification
* A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a collaborative team spirit
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver expert wine service and guidance to enhance the guest experience
* Support the wine list management and cellar organisation
* Assist in wine training for the front of house team
* Uphold the highest standards of service, hospitality, and guest care
* Contribute to the growth and profitability of the wine program
* Host wine tasting sessions for guests
* Develop further through WSET courses and other relevant training
