As a Luxury Sales Associate, you will embody the brand’s heritage and values as they unveil their brand-new flagship boutique in the heart of Mayfair. Your role will be to deliver an elevated client experience every time, defined by passion, professionalism, and impeccable service.

The role:
* Driving sales by working towards monthly boutique targets
* Building, nurturing, and maintaining long-lasting client relationships
* Becoming an expert in brand history and product knowledge
* Delivering an engaging and personalised selling ceremony to each client
* Tailoring CRM outreach campaigns to strengthen client loyalty
* Hosting exclusive private client appointments
* Upholding impeccable standards of grooming, presentation, and communication
* Thriving under pressure in a collaborative team environment, supporting colleagues and management
About You:
* Previous experience in a luxury or premium retail brand
* Strong background in fast-paced retail environments
* Comfortable working within a diverse, multicultural setting
* Detail-oriented, organised, and efficient

* Outstanding presentation and personal style
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
The Package:
* £33,000 per annum
* Competitive commission structure
