WAREHOUSE / REACH TRUCK OPERATIVE – Nights Siamo are working in partnership with a leading health care company to recruit warehouse operatives based in Normanton (WF6). Shift Pattern: Sunday - Thursday: 10pm - 6am Weekends off work RATE OF PAY: Basic: £17.01p/h THE ROLE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Picking/packing either manually or using MHE to a high standard of accuracy - Replenishing pick slots / moving pallets using a reach truck - Loading and unloading trailers - Report any errors, damages or quality issues found whilst undertaking duties - Accurate input of data into Company computer systems and manual records - Achieve the targets (KPIs) and job standards - Maintain high standards of site housekeeping - Support Colleagues and Team Leader with all day-to-day tasks SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: - Reach Truck Experience, preferably with certs - Good communication skills and the ability to speak, read and write basic English - Able to follow instructions - Able to work under pressure to achieve targets - Basic computer literacy and experience of data inputting - Awareness of Health & Safety regulations, including manual handling - Able to work as part of a team - Previous experience preferred but not essential ONSITE BENEFITS: - Long term career opportunities with regular temp to perm conversions - Career progression - Canteen with hot and cold food and vending Machines - Onsite Management team for ongoing support. - Ongoing Training - Onsite car park - Access to Siamo Benefits Package Interview Process: - Documents required - passport with NI proof, or UK Birth Cert (with NI proof - not a payslip though!) - Sharecode (if non UK) - Basic Maths and English Comprehension Test - Drug and Alcohol Test (pre-employment) - MHE Assessment - Reach Truck (if applicable).
