The Role
* Support the optimisation and day-to-day management of paid search and paid social campaigns
* Monitor performance, analyse campaign data, and produce actionable insights
* Refresh and update campaigns in line with the wider marketing calendar
* Contribute creative ideas for new and existing campaigns
* Collaborate closely with creative and content teams to ensure consistent messaging
* Assist with testing and implementing new platforms and tools (including GA4 and Google Ads)
* Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging best practice
