What is the role?
A compassionate Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) is needed to join a supportive, low-security service caring for adults with mental health diagnoses and/or personality disorders. Working alongside a multidisciplinary team, you will support individuals' recovery, wellbeing, and independence.

What You'll Be Doing
* Deliver prescribed nursing care within a defined framework, supporting a specific group of patients.
* Work with patients and their families/carers to assess, plan, and implement individualised care plans.
* Act as the patient's named nurse, ensuring dignity, choice, and wellbeing are prioritised.
* Accurately observe, monitor, and evaluate patients' needs and progress.
* Review and update nursing care plans regularly.
* Assist qualified staff in routine tasks and therapeutic activities to support recovery.
What We're Looking For
* Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) with active NMC registration.
* At least six months' experience in mental health or learning disabilities care.
* Sound understanding of NMC guidelines and evidence of ongoing professional development.
* Resilient, flexible, and empathetic, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Positive, proactive approach and commitment to high-quality care and continuous improvement.
