With an ever-growing client base and a queue of people lining up to join our family of first-class carers, you will concentrate on bring them on board rather than sourcing candidates.
As such, you will be responsible for the recruitment and administration of new carer candidates and the ongoing compliance of existing carer team. You will ensure our carers and potential carers receiving the platinum service and support they deserve.

Recruitment Partner role
· Highlighting to potential carers, the benefits of joining and philosophy of the agency
· Continue to support the carers through every step of the registration process
· Complete all necessary recruitment and compliance to onboard each carer, including comprehensive interviews, and ongoing compliance.
· Maintain accurate electronic records and update systems, contributing to the smooth running of the agency
Who we are looking for
· Someone with a strong work ethic and initiative who thrives on working in a busy environment
· Compassion, empathy and skills to connect with your candidates
· Experience in recruitment/administration preferred. Experience with an ATS would be preferred but not essential.
· Good organisational skills, always paying attention to the smallest detail
· Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Working hours
Monday to Thurs 9am – 5pm in office and Friday 9am - 5pm WFH
