Purpose of the Role The Corporate Finance & Operations Assistant will play a key role in supporting the Corporate Director and the wider Corporate Finance function. This role will complement the Office Manager while providing direct support on systems, reporting, reconciliations, contract management, and governance workstreams. Key Responsibilities General Office & Team Support Work alongside the Office Manager on day-to-day operational needs Manage incoming and outgoing post Handle filing and record keeping for corporate team Support in organising meetings, team events and training sessions Provide ad-hoc administrative support across the corporate team Systems & Data Administration Oversight of corporate filing structure Support core finance system administration and reporting Administer corporate governance register Prepare and circulate routine reports for the corporate team Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across corporate systems Finance & Reporting Support Assist with basic reconciliations (e.g., company credit cards) Collate and reconcile additional service fees Support billing process and documentation preparation Lead internal credit control and analysis Governance & Compliance Support Directors on governance workstreams Manage signing process of new contracts and other corporate documents Assist in maintaining accurate records for regulatory and governance purposes Executive Support Provide administrative assistance to the Corporate Director and Associate Director Help ensure Corporate Director can focus on strategic and client-facing priorities Person Specification Essential Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively Proactive and adaptable, with a “can-do” approach High levels of discretion and confidentiality Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Desirable Experience working with finance or corporate systems Previous administrative experience in a professional services or corporate environment An interest in finance, governance and corporate operations
