We’re seeking a motivated and insightful manager to deliver high-quality analysis and evaluation of our control environment, aligned with the Group’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERMF). What You'll Be Doing: Act as a subject matter expert, driving CCO initiatives within BTB. Collaborate with risk and control owners to deliver on aligned customer, business, and strategic outcomes. Work with control specialist leadership to support the design, optimisation and process mapping of the E2E control environment and supporting delivery of control by design. Partner with the BTB Platform team to support change initiatives and continuous risk management activities. Using Data and Analytics to continually improve risk and control reporting Coordinate documentation, gather and summarise data and information to produce & maintain standardised risk and control process maps. Assist in the management of actions resulting from operational risk events and breaches. Awareness of the BCB Business Transaction Banking Products, propositions, and Platform. Strong understanding of Risk Management Frameworks and Product Policy, with the ability to apply risk principles in practice—including identifying, assessing, monitoring, controlling, and mitigating risks. A good technical understanding of business processes, finding opportunities for improvement in the control environment, including Control by Design. A recent background in a risk and control role or previous experience Ability to develop effective relationships and maintain a broad network across the business to stay informed on developments, horizon risks and understand business process risks and issues.
