We are looking for an ambitious, respectful, and experienced supervisor who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves, lead by example, and deliver excellent results. As a front of house supervisor, you will be a role model at RedCat, guiding and coaching your team to deliver exceptional products and services with integrity and passion. You will embody the courteous and hospitable values of your Senior Managers, which will cascade down through your team to your customers.
Being accountable for and proud of your department, you will develop a caring team that collaborates seamlessly with back of house and the rest of the team to achieve our goal of outstanding customer experience, which is key to RedCat’s profitability and growth.
You will plan your shifts meticulously, constantly monitoring cleanliness, health and safety, licensing compliance, and staffing levels, always seeking creative ways for improvement.

* Team enabler - Encouraging a culture of learning, development, and talent retention through coaching, courteousness under pressure, and assisting with appraisals.
* Lets’ grow together - Being commercially aware of how to grow the business and increase profitability through marketing initiatives and valuing customer feedback. Managing controllable costs and staffing levels effectively.
* Positive attitude - Providing surprises and moments of care to the team and customers, maintaining calmness and consideration.
* Compliance management - Demonstrating due diligence in health and safety, food safety, allergen awareness, and risk assessment per RedCat policies.
* Customer focus - Approachable, calm, and friendly, especially under pressure.
* Product knowledge - Passionate about our offerings, from expertly crafted drinks to Instagram-worthy table settings.
* Venue Maintenance - Ensuring the venue remains welcoming, tidy, and safe, and communicating issues clearly to senior management.
* Stock and Cash Handling - Confident in using EPOS and other systems to manage stock, cash, and rotas, with responsibility for security, wastage, profit margins, and licensing laws.
