Salary: Up to £54,710.00 per year (depending on level of experience, training and qualification)
We have an opportunity for a Senior Physiotherapist to join their team of staff in the Physiotherapy department.
This is a full-time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern.
Duties
Lead the assessment, treatment, and management of patients with complex conditions within your specialist area (e.g. MSK, neuro, orthopaedics, respiratory).
Use advanced clinical reasoning to develop and adjust treatment plans that align with patient goals and evidence-based practice.
Provide expert input into patient care discussions, ward rounds, and multidisciplinary meetings.
Provide formal supervision, mentoring, and training to Band 5/Level 1 physiotherapists, assistants, and students.
Applicants
HCPC-registered Physiotherapist.
Extensive post-registration experience including complex caseload management and a defined clinical specialty.
Strong leadership, mentorship, and organisational skills.
Evidence of audit, service development, or quality improvement contributions.
Excellent communication and multidisciplinary team working ability.
